The 1 key Surfing Playa Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the Caló d'en Pellicer beach in the popular resort of Santa Ponsa on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 850 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Built in 1983 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern Surfing Playa complex has a total of 74 self catering apartments and studio flats, which are distributed between 7 three and four storey buildings overlooking a central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a combined kitchenette/lounge area with additional sofa beds, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with a snack bar, luggage rooms for late departures, a games room and lounge bar with satellite television. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a 250m2 outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.
