The d’Or Hotel is situated around 500 metres from the Cala Gran beach in the popular resort of Cala d’Or on the southern east coast of Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 400 metres from the picturesque Cala d’Or marina where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low-rise d’Or Hotel has a total of 48 guest rooms that are distributed between 4 two-storey accommodation blocks and clustered around a central swimming pool and garden area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air-conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower along with a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with table and chairs, most of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, air-conditioned buffet-style restaurant and snack bar, television room with satellite television, video and DVD player, luggage room for late departures, and both lounge and pool bars. Guests staying at the d’Or Hotel also receive a special discount card that can be used in selected restaurants and bars around the Cala d’Or resort centre and marina.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section, and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. The d’Or Hotel also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows once a week.
