The Balmes Hotel is situated around 100 metres from the Cala Estancia beach in the popular resort of Ca’n Pastilla on the central southern coast of Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 10km east of the capital Palma, 2km south of the Son Sant Joan International airport and 50 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1969 and partially renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Balmes Hotel has a total of 120 guest rooms, including 116 twin rooms and a further 4 singles, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst 350m2 of well kept gardens and sun terraces around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air-conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air-conditioned buffet-style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and a lounge bar.
