The Iris Hotel is situated around 50 metres from the Playa de Palma beach in the popular resort of El Arenal on the central south coast of Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1960 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1992, the low-rise Iris Hotel has a total of 63 guest rooms, including 57 twin rooms and a further 6 singles, which are built over 4 floors around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air-conditioned buffet-style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and lounge bar with satellite television.
