The HI Honolulu Hotel, part of the HI group of hotels, is situated on the Torrenova headland, around 400 metres from the beach, in the lively resort of Magaluf on the south west coast of Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport and around 400 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Built in 1968 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern HI Honolulu Hotel has a total of 219 guest rooms, including 195 twin rooms and a further 24 singles, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst sun terraces and Mediterranean-style gardens around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air-conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en-suite bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception desk with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures,  along with an air-conditioned buffet-style restaurant, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children’s playground and mini-club as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The HI Honolulu Hotel also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
