The Clumba Hotel, part of the Serrano group of hotels, has an enviable frontline position overlooking the sea front promenade and Son Moll beach in the lively resort of Cala Ratjada on the north east coast of Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern low-rise Clumba Hotel has a total of 120 guest rooms, including 100 twin rooms and a further 20 singles, that are distributed between a 3 storey main building and smaller adjacent annexe block and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air-conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air-conditioned buffet-style restaurant and snack bar offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Clumba Hotel also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
