The four stars Jardin Tropical Hotel is situated in large tropical gardens near to the beach, and to the Puerto Colon Marina, in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, some 10 miles from the airport. The accommodation, at the Jardin Tropical Hotel, which is built in a Moorish style, comprises 432 double rooms, junior suites, suites and a presidential suite, all having a private bathroom with hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace, with views of the sea or of the luxurious gardens. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, pay to view satellite television, a minibar and a rental safety deposit box. The facilities, at the Hotel, include five restaurants, two bars, laundry and dry cleaning service, a boutique, a gift shop, luggage room, currency exchange and a conference room. There is a swimming pool heated to 23 degrees all year, and a separate children's pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, and a Bio centre with fitness rooms, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, a gym and special therapy sessions. The Beach Club has a saltwater pool and sun terraces on five levels, again with loungers and parasols. Some entertainment is provided and guests can take part in various sports and activities.
