Built in a Mediterranean style, the 2 key Holiday Center Apartments are situated around 450 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Santa Ponsa on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 100 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Built in 1986 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Holiday Center complex has a total of 120 self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst 4,000m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with with three cooking rings, a gas oven and refrigerator, as well as a combined dining room/lounge area with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and a south facing balcony or terrace with exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, all rooms are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services along with luggage rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Holiday Center Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
