The four star Gran La Hacienda Hotel is located near the beach and the resort centre of La Pineda with shops, restaurants, bars and night life. The Gran La Hacienda has 256 rooms, all equipped with a bathroom, satellite television, telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box and mini-bar options, king-size bed and balcony. The four junior suites have two balconies with a view of the courtyard or/and the sea, a lounge and bathroom with jacuzzi. Facilities at the Gran La Hacienda include a cafeteria which serves appetizers with a selection of tapas accompanied by a selection of wines from the region. In the afternoon, hotel guests can choose from a selection of coffees, cakes and pastries and at nightfall, it serves cocktails to the sound of Caribbean music. The 'La Choza' kiosk offers lunch in the garden in the shade of palm trees next to the pool. It also serves tropical juices. The buffet offers an informal lunch and dinner. Guests can taste a selection of starters, meat dishes, fresh fish and seafood, and Spanish cuisine. The hotel also offers the facilities for receptions, gala dinners, work meetings and private lunches. The hotel features a gymnasium, equipped with the modern equipment, tennis court, indoor football, heated indoor swimming pool, outside swimming pool with jacuzzi, indoor jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. For children, there is a children's swimming pool and a mini-club where they can play and enjoy themselves assisted by the hotel's monitors.
