The Baulo Mar Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Son Baulo district of the popular resort of Ca’n Picafort on the north coast of Mallorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport and 1km to the east of the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999/2000, the modern low-rise Baulo Mar complex has a total of 20 one-bedroom self catering apartments, each sleeping a maximum of 4 people, which are built over 3 floors around a small central pool area.

Each apartment on the complex comes equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, along with an open-plan kitchenette with a fridge, and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, a games room, snack bar and lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
