The two key Condado Apartments are situated 500 metres from Fenals beach and one km from Lloret de Mar's town centre. The Condado complex has a total of 58 apartments distributed the following way: 'A' for two to four people with living/dining room with double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace and safety deposit box. 'B' for four to six people with two double bedrooms. 'C' for six to eight people with three double bedrooms. All apartments have a kitchenette, satellite television (at an extra charge) telephone and safety deposit box (also at an extra charge). Facilities at the apartments include two swimming pools (small and medium), sun terrace, 24 hour reception, lift and laundry service (for an extra payment).
