The three key Malibu Park Apartments are situated near the Aquapark, in the Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas, some 1,000 metres from the centre of town and half a kilometre from the beach, on the south west coast of Tenerife, about 12 kilometres from the Reina Sofia Airport. The accommodation at the Malibu Park complex comprises 300 apartments, each having a private bathroom/shower, a balcony or terrace and a kitchenette. Most rooms have a telephone and television sets can be rented. The facilities at the apartments include a terrace bar serving buffet breakfast and snacks, a swimming pool with a children's section, a mini market and laundry facilities.
